Refund policy

At Podwavez, we exclusively sell digital products, such as access to supplier websites and guides on how the system works. Because this is digital content delivered immediately, specific conditions apply to returns and refunds.

Digital Products

All products offered through Podwavez are digital products. After successful payment, the product is delivered instantly, and you receive immediate access to the content.

Right of Withdrawal

According to European consumer law, consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

However, since Podwavez provides digital products that are delivered immediately after purchase, you agree upon completing your order to immediate delivery. As a result, the statutory 14-day withdrawal period is waived once delivery of the digital product has started and access has been granted.

By completing a purchase with Podwavez, you confirm that you agree to immediate delivery of the digital product and that you waive your legal right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.

No Returns or Refunds

Because our products are digital and accessible immediately after purchase, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once:

  • the payment has been successfully completed, and
  • access to the digital product has been provided.

Role of Podwavez

Podwavez acts as an intermediary and provides access to suppliers and related information. We do not manage or control external supplier websites ourselves.

Any issues related to products, orders, shipping, or services provided by external suppliers are the responsibility of the respective supplier, not Podwavez. Therefore, Podwavez cannot be held liable for issues arising from the services or products of these suppliers.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

By making a purchase, you confirm that you agree to this policy. Once an order has been correctly delivered and access to the digital product has been granted, there is no right to a refund.

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, we may demonstrate that:

  • the customer agreed to these terms during checkout, and
  • the digital product was correctly delivered and made accessible.
